Paper, printing, faxes, shipping, delivery, scanning, and miscellaneous design items are extra. For desktop publishing designs, price for designs represents black ink except where indicated.

Initial Consultation
Conceptualization Process
Submission of Mock-Up/Second Meeting
Submission of First Draft/Third Meeting
Submission of Final Form/Final Meeting

(Your signature will be required to submit Final Form for Film Output and Printing.)

 
 
General Payment Policy/Procedure
One half of balance is due upon selection of design Mock-Up. Balance is due upon submission of Approval Signature.
       
 

Fifty percent (50%) of estimated payment must be received before design work begins on First Draft. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of Final Form. If design estimate is less than $125, the full amount must be paid before design work begins.

If ordering paper, printing or other miscellaneous items used to reproduce design work, full payment must be received before ordering those items. Since these items will be ordered through another vendor, return of payment is subject to vendor's return policy. If Trans4mations is placing your order through another vendor, we will provide you with those vendors' policies before placement of order.

 
 
All proofing is responsibility of client.
Trans4mations is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes once client signs the Approval Signature Form. This form states that all work meets client's approval and is therefore ready for press.
